About me
Katherina was born in Mexico City in 1990. She studied medicine for a few years at the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de México (UNAM); however, she decided to pursue her true passion: Architecture - she studied at the Universidad Autonoma Metropolitana (UAM) and during this time received an academic scholarship to spend a semester at the Universidad Piloto de Colombia in Bogotá.
She began working in the film industry in 2017 as a set designer for the series Falco. Since then, she has participated in several national and international projects that have enriched her professional career. Her experience includes positions not only as Art Director, but also as Assistant Art Director and Set Designer on projects including national and international films, series and commercials.
In addition to working in different states of Mexico, Katherina has had the opportunity to collaborate remotely on productions in the United States, and even she was working in Morocco for the film Zero A.D., which is soon to be released.
